Claire Davis serves as the Executive Vice President of Portfolio Management of UTEX Storage Partners. Most recently, Claire was Vice President of the self-storage group at Crow Holdings Capital, responsible for portfolio management, asset management oversight, and making recommendations for both capital placement and exit strategy. Claire was previously an associate at Crow Holdings Capital where she helped implement the self-storage investment initiative through fundraising, acquiring new investments and partners, financing, and asset management. Claire was also a Senior Associate at KPMG in their Assurance practice. Claire holds a Master’s Degree in Professional Accounting and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from The University of Texas at Austin, McCombs School of Business. Claire is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
