Magaly Viezcas serves as the Executive Vice President of Asset Management of UTEX Storage Partners. Most recently, she served as Director of Asset Management at Goldenrod Companies where she was responsible for managing various investments in multi-family, medical, and multi-use assets. Prior to Goldenrod, Magaly was Vice President in the self-storage and manufacturing housing group at Crow Holdings Capital where she asset managed operating and development projects and assisted with the closing of transactions. Prior to joining Crow Holdings Capital, Magaly was a Senior Analyst at TPG Capital LP in their FP&A team and an Audit Associate at Ernst & Young, LLP. Magaly holds an MBA from St Mary’s University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
