Ramsey Bell serves as a Senior Investment Associate at UTEX Storage Partners. Ramsey most recently served as an Originations Analyst at Bank OZK – Real Estate Specialties Group, and was responsible for the preliminary underwriting and drafting of investment memoranda for construction financing opportunities in the multifamily, industrial, life sciences, and hospitality asset classes. Ramsey previously spent two years as an Originations Analyst for ORIX Real Estate Holdings, supporting a team of four commercial real estate loan originators through the review of non-recourse construction and/or bridge financing opportunities across North America in the multifamily, student housing, single family rental, and hospitality asset classes. Ramsey holds a B.B.A. in Real Estate and Managerial Finance from The University of Mississippi.
