David serves as the Senior Construction Manager of UTEX Storage Partners. David has more than 20 years of construction industry experience and has worked with general contractors in a variety of states. Prior to joining UTEX, David worked as a construction manager for Fresenius Kidney Care, NA where he managed the construction of dialysis clinics. David brings his expertise as a project manager and owner’s representative to oversee the construction of UTEX facilities nationwide. David is able to apply his vast knowledge of the construction industry to solve problems, as well as to help control costs and schedule of each project. David holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from Brigham Young University.
