Justin Barnes serves as the Executive Vice President of Development of UTEX Storage Partners and has 20+ years of real estate development and construction experience. Justin has worked with UTEX Storage Partners and its affiliates since 2016 in various capacities. Prior to joining UTEX Storage Partners, Justin managed and developed several commercial and industrial projects throughout Utah’s Wasatch Front, primarily focusing on light industrial flex space. Justin holds a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from the University of Utah.
